Hi! I’m Larissa Popp.

I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach, world traveler, and picky eater turned global food lover. I help ambitious women to optimize their health and energy so they can live up to their full potential and enjoy a vibrant life. As a health coach, I am trained in both nutrition science, and the science of habit change. I am certified through the New York based Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and also a certified transformation coach by Health Coach Institute (HCI).

I believe that achieving success in every area of one’s life begins with optimizing one’s health and energy, which is why I’m passionate about working with ambitious women to help them become high performers, so more women can step up as leaders. It’s through energy management, not time management, that we can do more and achieve more without fatigue and burn-out.

Want to know more about me?

Here are 5 fun facts you might not know about me…

  1. I currently live in the Kurdistan region of Iraq (but I’m originally from central PA).
  2. I’m married to a wonderful Kurdish man (but no kiddos yet).
  3. I’ve traveled to over 20 countries, and also lived in Japan for 2 years teaching English, after completing my undergraduate degree in biology.
  4. I worked 8 years for an international nonprofit human development organization, after completing my master’s in international education and human development.
  5. When I studied abroad in China many years ago, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, and KFC were my favorite places to eat (it’s hard for me to even believe it!) — but when I visited China again for my brother’s wedding I was eager to try the more bizarre local foods such as stinky tofu (which really does smell bad!) and ‘drunken shrimp’ — tastes really can change!
